ParkLoan Associates was formed in 2009 as transition company managing consulting projects for Colorado builders and manufactured home sales and finance companies. We continued to build on a database project that tracked California mobile home and manufactured home sales. We solved a problem for a company that needed good data about sales in California mobile home parks. The MLS is terrible for tracking "In Park" sales. Since then we've gone through a lot of changes. The MH Value Database has traveled well and is ingrained in every thing we have done. It's a subscription service now used by appraisers and industry professionals. 

We've taken a faithful approach to our business. Choosing North San Diego County as our base of operation is just one of the good choices we've made. 

ParkLoan is now part of Compadre Brokers and joins MH Loans California, MH Realty Associates and MH Factory Homes as an integral component of a locally owned California real estate and mortgage brokerage and new manufactured home retailer that does things a different way. Actually, it's just the right way and that's what we do. We will continue to blog and provide new product information here on primary brand websites.
